Aging is caused by free radicals
Free radical reactions which are caused by the environment or disease or intrinsic reactions within the aging process causes aging. This is supported by many studies on the origin of life and evolution. Studies also show the effects of ionised radiation on free radicals and dietary manipulations of free radicals.
The act of breathing itself creates free radicals!
The oxygen we breathe that is so necessary for life, is also the enemy producing dangerous free radicals with each breath. As our body turns oxygen into energy there are by-products formed called Reactive Oxygen Species, which are the dangerous free radicals that cause oxidative stress to our cells.
How cells are damaged
ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) has an unpaired electron in the atom's outer orbit. It tries to steal an electron around it so it tears a hole in the cell wall. It can also change the chemistry of the mitochondria in the cell or rip a piece of DNA out of the nucleus. The damage by the millions of free radicals created in the body each second is like a disaster area and makes your body 'rust' or 'rot'. This is demonstrated by a banana or apple which goes brown when cut and exposed to oxygen.
The effects of ROS
ROS contributes to diseases like arthritis, diabetes and cataracts. Oxidative attacks on brain and central nervous systems cause Down's Syndrome, Alzheimer's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. ROS is also linked to heart disease and all types of cancer. ROS also weakens the immune system.
How do we age?
Aging is the accumulation of damage done to individual cells all over our body. As more and more cells are affected by oxidation, aging symptoms will become evident. The body loses reserves of healthy cells until there is not enough back-up strength for that organ or system to function properly. This leads to an imbalance in the organ systems. When the body's balanced condition is disrupted, all systems begin to fail. Disease and premature death can occur.
We don't age one day at a time - We age one cell at a time
We cannot turn back time but we can stop aging. In some instances, we can reverse aging and prevent the damage of free radicals to our cells. Many degenerative diseases are complications of accumulative free radical (oxidative) damage.
The super antioxidant Glutathione can help you
Antioxidants can stop oxidants from forming. Glutathione is the most powerful antioxidant. It will stop certain metals from initiating oxidation. It will stop the chain reaction of ROS from re-creating more oxidants. It will intercept the damage done by oxidants. It will wipe out these dangerous oxidants and check, and double-check, that these toxins are eradicated. It will eliminate and replace molecules that have been damaged beyond repair and clean up after itself, removing undesirable substances generated in the process of protecting our body.
Glutathione has many amazing benefits.
It is the key ingredient in neutralising hydrogen peroxide in lipids. Glutathione can attack oxidants directly. It can neutralise hydroxyl radicals. It is also a detoxicant. The available levels of Glutathione in our body are effected by the accumulation of toxins in the air, water pollutants, processed foods and the exposure to chemicals - A cancer is waiting to happen!
Who can benefit from Glutathione?
Half of individuals over 65 years old are deficient in Glutathione. The decline in Glutathione levels can be seen as early as age 40. People who maintained high Glutathione levels have longer healthier lives. Reduced immunity in the elderly, higher incidence of cancer, and various aspects of aging has led to research in all 3 areas.
Protect yourself. Raise your Glutathione level by 300% in 24 hours with Anti-Aging Skincare Patches. And reverse the aging process!
